Heritage Gone Wild Kicks off "Heritage Gone Wild" with Fiddle, Food and Fun!
Wild Thyme Catering and Vero Heritage have teamed up to bring Vero locals a vibrant new summer series filled with flavorful food, lively entertainment, and unforgettable community fun at the Heritage Center.
We're calling the series Heritage Gone Wild and it includes four events throughout July and August, and a family fun day in September. We're excited to kick off the series with Food, Fiddle and Fun!

Step into a lively evening of Celtic celebration at the Heritage Center as it transforms into a traditional Irish pub for one unforgettable night! Enjoy a hearty Irish dinner by Wild Thyme Catering featuring corned beef, cabbage, and shepherd’s pie, plus an open bar serving Guinness, Harp, Jameson, and more.
After dinner, join in the revelry as acclaimed fiddler Ann Dillon leads an authentic Irish jam session. Guests are encouraged to bring their own instruments and join the band!
This is a 21+ event and space is limited — don’t miss your chance to experience the spirit of Ireland right here in Vero Beach. Tickets are $75 and include food, drinks, and entertainment.
